CCA’s departure opens the chance to redevelop the 3.9-acre Property into a mixed-use, transit-oriented community with housing, public open space, and restored historic buildings that honor its landmark character and creative campus legacy.

The California College of the Arts - Oakland Campus (CCA) at 5212 Broadway (the Property) is located at the foothills of the Berkeley Hills and the entry to the Rockridge neighborhood in North Oakland where Broadway and College Avenue meet.
