Collaborated on a global research initiative to develop a framework for stronger social infrastructure networks in the U.S, while also designing evaluation tools and training for park leaders. In parallel I coordinated business development efforts, producing over ~50 proposals and market research that expanded Gehl’s portfolio and ensured on‑schedule delivery of public‑sector RFP/RFQ responses.

Collaborated with a team to lead Google in achieving an 80 acre mixed-use development in San Jose by producing Design Guidelines and taking the project through entitlement while leading over 10 community engagement efforts.
